Hi , I was Jim Demile ’s student in Seattle and head instructor in his shoreline club from 1996 to 2000. I’ve met Jesse Glover a few times , when he showed at the club , went to the restaurant with him and met him a few times downtown. Is this the right adress to send him a personal message?
    Thank you for answering. François

  4. The swiss team of the non-classical kung fu players are always ready for new instructions and seminars from Jesse. We all had (as usual) a good time in october and november with several seminars in switzerland. Jesse’s demo at the swiss expo was awesome and instructive… we all looking forward to see him here soon again!

I still have the post it note on my desk with the last address you gave me for where you were training. I have been getting myself back in shape, it seems to take a little longer than it used to, but I think I am ready…..but we shall see. Are you still in that same spot? I guess I will find out in the next couple of weeks, as I will wander around that doorstep at the appointed time. Thank you for all you have taught me, it affec ts my life and the way I get through it daily. I look forward to seeing you.

  22. Herb April says:

Jesse-How are you my friend. I was surfing the internet and decided to look you up…and what I found was a website that, visually at least, is in the Jesse Glover “style” ( like those handmade xmas cards back in the late seventies / early eighties, eh? ). I still have “martial arts” in my blood, and will soon have a new martial arts website up that ties “Glock, Remington 870, boxing, filipino blade / stick, and a taste of “NCGF.” Of course the site will be similar to yours in the sense that it will be “out there” but “opaque” to most of the internet universe.

P.S. I have been told that “Christine” has MS and had to cease her medical career because of it. Maybe if she had continued gung fu or some regular exercise it wouldn’t have hit her so hard. C’est la vie! Just make sure you stay in decent shape, my friend.

  23. I agree with Wolfgang it;s good to see a dedicated
non-classical – gung-fu page in the Web.It’s always great to have Jesse here in Germany. I’m lokking forward to see him Wolfgang, Pierre and all the other non-classical-gung -fu followers this year, for new seminars and instructions.

  24. Rick Wong says:

    Sifu Glover,

Please contact Sensei Rob Gale if you are coming.

    Best regards,
    Rick “3 Chopsticks’ Wong

  25. Bill Peterson says:

Congrats on the new site Jesse. Looking very forward to the updates to this site. I have been fortunate enough to have met you and work with you at a few seminars over the past 8 years or so with Steve Smith and Kelly Yuen. I learn so much every time. So much to learn, so little time.

  26. François Arambel says:

I’m trying to get Jesse’s street adress so I can send him a personal letter. Could you please give it to me? Thanks

  27. Jeff Garrett says:

    Hi Jesse !
Anyone in Seattle wanting to train daytime or late night shoot me an email…

  28. W. Wong says:

Can anyone out there help me find a series of articles on Jesse’s Power Punch technique that was written by one of “Mike Lee’s” (Jesse’s brother) students for Soldier of Fortune magazine back in the early eighties (or late seventies…I forget which). I had the mags, but lost them over the years.

    W. Wong

  29. Edward Wong says:

Congratulations on the new site! Thanks for educating us on NKGF to make us a more complete “fighting machine”.
We are very lucky to be part of the NKGF clan. I wanted to say “hi” to all the Seattle students too.See you guys next month.

  30. Winslow Wong says:

Anyone have any info on Jesse’s brother Mike Lee to share with an interested writer? I have noted that Mr. Glover does not appear to respond to any of the comments on this page. I wonder why?

really looking forward to the tapes. I will focus on my health so that I can continue my education with you and Chris.

  35. Derek Nix says:

    To Mr. Jesse Glover,

It has been several years since I have seen you. I was a student of yours for sometime in the early 90’s. And still after all this time, I feel compelled to express my utmost respect and gratitude for you and all your teachings. For I was just a small, bullied kid that had no determination or desire, that is…. until you showed me that I did have it all along. I still practice and excercise the very teachings you passed on to me those many years ago in that dark basement in Seattle. Thank You!!

  36. Tracy says:

Hello, Sijo Glover! I’ve been practicing the best I can since meeting-up with Sijo James Demile by letter back in the early 1980’s at the age of 15; located in New York. Everyone was located in Kirkland, Washington at the time, so it seems, i’m getting closer to you by web-site! Looking foreward to your book-series reprints! If anyone has any first-edition (Sijo Jesse R. Glover) books for sale, please contact me at:

Thanks, for the inspiration Sijo Jesse R. Glover and God-Bless!
